When making a complaint, please provide enough information for us to understand your concerns, including your name and contact details, the nature of your complaint and any relevant client or matter reference number.
What happens after you complain
We will consider your complaint and investigate the circumstances surrounding your concerns. We may contact you if we require further information in order to investigate the matter.
We will respond to you once we have investigated your complaint and will explain the outcome and any action we propose to take.
Complaining to the Information Commissioner’s Office
If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may also have the right to make a complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s data protection regulator.
